UCM SUUMER CAMP ~ August 18-22, 2025

☀️ UCM SUUMER Camp ~ Friends & Fun in the Sun ☀️

Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22 ~ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily

Registration closed June 30th ~ VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!

Additional Details, Schedule, and Volunteer Needs:

UCM SUUMER Camp is all about having fun, making friends, and practicing spirit ~ we follow the UCM Mission Statement as our guide for the week: “We welcome all as we build a loving community to nurture each person’s spiritual journey, serve human need, and protect the earth, our home.”

We welcome all: youth who are rising kindergartners through fifth graders ~ participation is limited to 12-15 youth. Families have submitted a deposit of $50 to hold a spot, with the full program fee of $200 due by July 15th, and no refunds given after August 1st. No one will be turned away due to financial hardship ~ any questions about making payments can be directed to Emily Seifert.

As we build a loving community: our time will be centered around building loving community together … campers & youth leaders will be creating and building friendships through activities including: arts & crafts, music, games, and storytelling. Activities will take place at UCM, on church grounds, and/or on short walks in the neighborhood. Adult leaders will always be present to supervise and ensure safety. Campers will bring a bagged lunch each day, and snacks will be provided each day as well.

To nurture each person’s spiritual journey: we will nurture our spirits with morning chalice lightings, afternoon reflections, stories, and songs that reflect our Eight Principles and Unitarian Universalist (UU) values.

Serve human need, and protect the earth, our home: we will learn together through simple service projects about the many ways to help others and protect our earth.
