We don’t have to hold our burdens or face our troubles on our own. Can we let go of the idea that our individual efforts alone are necessary or even enough to face the challenges of the day? Let us find strength and hope in our human and earth communities that are there for us when we let go. Music will feature the UCM choir singing “Do Not Carry a Heavy Heart” by Alison Burns.
