Administration News ~ Summer 2025

Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions about pledges, reserving space for meetings, building rentals, using UCM’s Zoom accounts, or gaining access to our Directory of Members & Friends in Breeze.

Here are a few updates:

1. Current year (Fiscal Year 2025) pledges are due by June 30th and may be paid with a check in the Sunday collection or mailed to UCM, or via our secure giving page in Breeze.

2. I’ll be contacting pledgers this month about setting up automated donations for Fiscal Year 2026, which begins on July 1st. We appreciate pledge payments made via ACH (automatic bank transfer) because the fees are lower than for credit cards, and your donation arrives on a predictable schedule in our bank account.

3. Do you know when your UCM Committee or team will be meeting next church year? I would love to reserve space for you now! Please send me your meeting day, time, and preferred room.

4. Please talk up UCM to your friends, neighbors and colleagues as a great place for meetings, retreats, events, concerts, dances, and more. Space rental income is an important part of our budget, and word of mouth recommendations are very helpful!

My position as Office and Rental Manager is year-round, though I will be using vacation time the weeks of July 7th, July 21st, and August 4th. Thanks in advance for your patience if I’m slow to get back to you! UCM building hours will vary this summer according to staff vacations, so please call or email ahead if you need to come in.
