Montpelier Food Pantry / Just Basics, Inc.
Located at Trinity Church, 137 Main Street, Montpelier, VT, Just Basics/Montpelier Food Pantry is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 am to noon. Shoppers will be able to collect pre-packed boxes at the rear door of the church, with fresh food and frozen meat distributed as available.
If you are in need of food, you may fill out an online order form here, prior to picking up your order. They won’t always have everything requested, but they’ll do their best!
The best ways to donate are to drop off at Trinity back door during open hours: Tues, Thurs, Sat 10:00-12:00 OR drop in the bins after check out at Shaw’s and Price Chopper. Follow the Montpelier Food Pantry on Facebook for frequent updates and timely information about needed items and available items.
Also, if you are able to donate directly, they are often able to purchase greatly-needed basics from the Vermont Food Bank at reduced cost, so your financial gifts make a powerful impact, directly helping neighbors in need! Click here to donate directly online.
