Kindness done right feels good for both the giver and the recipient, but don’t let the warm fuzzies fool you. Kindness is also fundamentally important to our individual well-being, and to building a sense of wholeness with all others. Kindness is a gift to ourselves and others, yet it is endangered, misunderstood, and not equally distributed in our society.
