April 28, Kindness: Our Best Tool for Personal and Collective Wholeness

Kindness done right feels good for both the giver and the recipient, but don’t let the warm fuzzies fool you. Kindness is also fundamentally important to our individual well-being, and to building a sense of wholeness with all others. Kindness is a gift to ourselves and others, yet it is endangered, misunderstood, and not equally distributed in our society.

Ginny Sassaman is a co-founder and immediate past president of Gross National Happiness USA, and creator of the Happiness Paradigm.
