One’s individual purpose becomes amplified and clarified in community. As we each bring our purpose into a community, like this congregation, for affirmation and support, we find common purpose and create collective agency and strength. On this final Sunday of the 2025 Pledge Drive, we celebrate the congregation’s commitment and generosity. Music will include the UCM choir singing “My Life is Made Worthwhile” by Norbert Capek, the founder of the Unitarian Church in Czechoslovakia.

March: Purpose
Connecting with purpose can steady us in uncertain times. Our sense of purpose may be crystal clear or clear as mud. Yet, we seek meaning through connection to our core beliefs. Our purposeful actions – large and small – allow us to share our gifts, make a difference in the world, and ultimately answer the lifelong question, why am I here? Let us explore this question together as we support one another in this search for meaning and discern how we are called in this moment.
