The naturalist John Muir has written, “Everyone needs beauty as well as bread…” How do we nurture beauty in our lives so that we might nourish our spirits? View or download the order of service (published by 5pm Friday). Submit a joy or concern to have read aloud during the service (by 5pm Saturday). There will also be a time for sharing spoken joys and concerns.
This Sunday’s service will include a preview of a unique and compelling Dance/Theater piece which was created for the Wells-Lamson Quarry in Websterville. Originally scheduled for performances in the summer of 2020, performances are now planned for August 2022. A portion of the short film “At the Edges of Us”, which chronicles some of their process, will be shown, accompanied by live dance by members of the ensemble. Members of the artistic team will be on hand during coffee hour to discuss the project. https://
