May 14, Sparking Creativity

Zen Buddhist rōshi John Loori says, “Creativity is our birthright. It is an integral part of being human, as basic as walking, talking, and thinking.” Yes! And, it is often the case that we feel creativity lacking in our lives. We will reflect on the ways we can nurture our innate creativity and also engage in some creativity practices during the service, including a special collaborative/participatory music and movement offering led by Alana Rancourt Phinney and Donia Prince. If you would like to join in with your own musical instrument, please bring it to the service! View or download the order of service (published by 5pm Friday).
