Nancy Schulz stands with a SPUDS display board in the VestryCovid-19 Impact:  Currently programs are not being scheduled.  Please check back here or watch for announcements in Weekly Newsletter for upcoming meetings.

SPUDS, a loose acronym that stands for “Service is Our Prayer Buddies,” is a community-service initiative. Each month, volunteers sign up to work as a group for three hours, usually at a non-profit organization in central Vermont. Volunteers may opt to go on one service outing, several, or all. There’s no long-term obligation. SPUDS volunteers  have served the Aldrich Library, Central VT Humane Society, People’s Health & Wellness, VT Youth Conservation Corps, VT Foodbank and Waterbury Senior Center among many other organizations. For more information about SPUDS (including future service outings), please contact Nancy Schulz.
