Sanctuary interior facing organ with people in pews.

First of all, welcome!

We want you to feel comfortable with us, and to help with that, we’ve put some practical information here.

Please note that our regular church year runs from the Sunday after Labor Day in September through the second Sunday in June. From the third Sunday in June through the Sunday before Labor Day, we offer a meditation meeting on Sunday mornings in our Vestry.

Getting to Our Service

Directions

Accessibility

Parking
Parking in the immediate vicinity of the church can be tight on Sunday mornings because there are four churches very close to each other, but just a block or so away there is plenty of free parking; no need to use the meters on Sundays!

On Sunday mornings, we also reserve several city on-street parking places near the School Street entrance, for those with limited mobility.

Visiting Families

How to Find the Sanctuary
We have a greeter at the front doors on Main Street. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have! The greeter knows how to operate the elevator if you need assistance in getting upstairs. There is also an accessible entrance with a ramp on School Street.

The stairs at either side of the Main Street vestibule lead up to the sanctuary, where the ushers will give you the printed order of service. The first two rows of seats are generally reserved for the choir.

After Service

Coffee Hour
After service, many of us come downstairs to the vestry for coffee or tea. There are often people at tables for the various committees and events; one place you might like to stop at is the Hospitality Table, located on your left, near the coffee area.

Restrooms
Bathrooms are through the right or left doors either side of the stage in the vestry. An accessible bathroom is also located in the vestry to the right of the doors that lead up to the sanctuary.

We hope you enjoy your visit. If there is anything you need, please ask anyone, and if they can’t help, they’ll find someone who can!
