Please join a continued exploration of the spiritual practice of prayer. For many prayer is a way to quiet the mind, express gratitude, seek help, or give voice to our concerns. What does it mean to you? How could you incorporate it into your life? In this five session class we will review previous classwork, explore several types of prayer, and include opportunities to practice new ideas or techniques as a group or individually as each is comfortable.
